Bacon and Bean Broth Recipe

2 units of tomato
4 cups of water (960 milliliters)
3 tablespoons of bacon
1 medium potato unit
3 tablespoons of green scent
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
parsley (optional)
How to make bacon and bean broth:
To make a delicious bacon and bean broth, start by placing the chopped bacon in a pan and frying it in the fat. Reserve.
Place beans, water and tomatoes with skin and seeds in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the mixture to the pan with the bacon and add the diced potatoes. Cook until potato is tender or count for 15 minutes.
If the bacon and bean broth is too thick, add more water. Season with salt, black pepper and chopped green scent.
