Peruvian Chicken Pickled

Ingredients to make Peruvian Chicken Pickle:

 1 unit of Chicken in prey

 1 head of Garlic

 2 units of chicken cube

 ½ teaspoon of Cumin

 3 units of Onion sliced

 1 cup of oil

 4 units of boiled egg

 150 grams of Botija olives

 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

 1 pinch of oregano

 2 units of whole chili pepper

 3 tablespoons vinegar

 3 units of Sweet Potato

 Lettuce for garnish

How to make Peruvian pickled chicken:

Grind the garlic with the chicken cubes, pepper and cumin. Reserve aside and a quart of crushed garlic for the sauce.

Spread the chicken pieces with the previous preparation and fry in hot oil.

Distribute the prey in a dish decorated with the lettuce leaves.

In addition, make a sauce in a pot with onion oil, fresh chili cut into strips, liquefied chili, the reserved garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Leave a few minutes on the fire.

Add the vinegar, sauté well and pour over the chicken. Garnish with the sweet potato, olives and boiled egg.
